Adopt Resolution approving amendment number 6 to BOS Agreement No. 20-014/Department of Transportation Agreement Number 190028 with Wylatti Resource Management, Inc., increasing the Agreement amount by $140,000 for a not to exceed amount of $539,000, for leachate monitoring and hauling services for Laytonville and Caspar Landfills (Laytonville and Caspar Areas); and authorize Chair to sign same.
