PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 08-239 (December 9, 2008), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved and executed a Memorandum of Understanding, BOS Agreement No. 08-214/Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 080109, with Mendocino College, through their Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Funds, regarding the North State Street "Gateway Revitalization Project" for the cooperative repayment plan between the College and County, including the Ackerman Creek Bridge Replacement on North State Street. By Resolution No. 11-093 (June 14, 2011), the BOS approved BOS Agreement No. 11-056/ DOT Agreement No. 110002 with Quincy Engineering, Inc. (QEI), for professional services to complete the plans, specifications, and estimate for the replacement of Ackerman Creek Bridge on North State Street.
