Approve retroactive first amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-046 (second amendment to Agreement No. SS-21-093) with Simtech Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $22,350, for a new total of $67,050, to subscribe to the "Counting Us!" Mobile Application to automate the 2024 Point-in-Time count of persons experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County, effective January 11, 2022, through a new end date of January 15, 2025 (original end date: December 14, 2023); authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
