Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 220030 in the amount of $500.00, with and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Michael Lovell, a married man, as his sole and separate property, as to an undivided 1/2 interest; and Denise Doss, a married woman, as her sole and separate property, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, for the acquisition of rights of way needed for construction of the Mill Creek Bridge replacement on Hill Road, County Road 327B, milepost 2.05 (Covelo Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.
