PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On March 28, 2023, the Board approved the First Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-042 increasing the total amount by $200,000 for a new total of $400,000.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
County Counsel is requesting the Board approve the agreement with Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedmann & Girard in the amount of $300,000 for a new total of $700,000 and extend the termination date through December 31, 2024. This agreement will provide legal services for the litigation matter of Paul Carty Soriano v. County of Mendocino, Case No. 22CV0044.
