Approve retroactive first amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-071 with Kansas Integrated Public Health System (KIPHS), Inc., in the amount of $4,387.27, for a new Agreement total of $13,161.81, to provide computer software application to facilitate client management and service billing for Public Health, effective January 1, 2022 through a new end date of December 31, 2024 (original end date: December 31, 2023); authorize the Public Health Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On December 6, 2005, the County of Mendocino, Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized the Department of Public Health (PH) to enter into Agreement No. BOS-05-273, with KIPHS, Inc., in the amount of $75,000, to provide software license, installation, implementation, and data conversion, facilitating client management and service billing for PH. At the time, the Agreement was written as an evergreen Agreement, which would not terminate automatically.
