Convening planning staff, supervisors, builders, and the public in a single workshop is a best practice that promotes open communication and collaborative problem-solving. This approach not only fosters a shared sense of purpose and understanding among all parties but also enables the collective development of innovative and comprehensive solutions to systemic challenges.
