Approve retroactive Agreement (first amendment to Agreement No. PA-23-54, MH-22-050) with Relias, LLC., to increase the amount by up to $20,986.08, for a new total amount of $59,062.08, to monitor and provide required annual training for all Behavioral Health and Recovery Services and Public Health staff, effective December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2025; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services director or designee to execute any Amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
