Approve second amendment to BOS Agreement No. 24-212 (third amendment to Agreement No. PA-24-25) with Granicus, LLC in the amount of $33,106.23, for a new Agreement total of $128,827.55 for short-term rental activity monitoring, reporting, and address identification services, effective September 15, 2023, through a new end date of September 14, 2027 (prior first amendment end date: September 14, 2026); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
