Approve second Amendment to Board of Supervisors Agreement No. BOS-21-224, with Granicus, LLC, in the amount of $6,305.47, for a new Agreement total of $182,902.76, to reduce existing subscription costs and add new one-time-fees for government transparency technology solutions services through the Legistar software, effective upon full execution through December 23, 2024; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
In May 2014, the Executive Office entered into an Agreement with Granicus for cloud-based government transparency solutions related to Boards and Commissions management. From 2014 to 2023 the County has been amending the Agreement to include additional programs to the Granicus platform. Currently the Agreement with Granicus includes: eComments, Legistar, Meeting Efficiency Suite, Upgrade to SDI 720p Streaming, Granicus Encoding Appliance Software, Government Transparency Suite, Boards and Commissions, and Send Agenda program.
The proposed second Amendment to Agreement No. BOS-21-224 will: reduce the existing subscription cost by $15,896.53; add new subscription fees for GovMeetings Live Cast, Open Platform Suite, and Granicus Live Cast Encoding Software; and add one-time costs for GovMeetings Live Cast Setup and Config, Encoding Appliance HDW - Granicus Live Cast Encoder, Granicus Video - Online Training, Granicus Live Cast Encoder Setup and Configuration, US Shipping Charge C - Large Item, and Open Platform - Setup and Configuration. Through this second Amendment, the overall total for Agreement No. BOS-21-224 will increase by $6,305.47, for a new Agreement total of $182,902.76.
