The Board of Supervisors pulled item 3aj) from the March 1, 2022, Consent Agenda, which led to discussion directing, in part, that the Local Health Officer return to the Board of Supervisors on March 15, 2022, with a presentation.                     

 

Summary of Request

On March 1, 2022, the Board of Supervisors pulled item 3aj) from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion. The Board adopted the recommended action which adopted a resolution renewing the findings required every thirty days pursuant to AB 361, (revised Government Code section 54593), in order for any member to participate from a location not open to the public. The Board also directed, in part that Dr. Coren return to the Board on March 15, 2022, to address any updates to his recommendations regarding public meetings. Dr. Coren will summarize his revised Recommendations for Safely Holding Public Meetings. The Clerk of the Board will be available to answer questions regarding logistics for the same.
