Summary of Request

In accordance with California Health and Safety Code 42311, an Air Quality Management District may adopt a schedule of annual fees for evaluation, issuance, and renewal of permits as well as a schedule of fees to be assessed on areawide or indirect sources of air contaminant emissions which are regulated by the district.
