Approve Agreement with Casa Serenity, LLC, in the amount of $65,700, to provide residential care facilities offering a broad range of services to clients with mental health challenges for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any further amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Casa Serenity has two residential care facilities located in Red Bluff, California offering a broad range of services to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services adult clients who require a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include psychological rehab support, life skills/education and healthcare needs.
