Summary of Request:
Planning and Building Services (PBS) has used TRAKiT for its automated permitting since 1999 to track all issued building permits, planning applications and code enforcement cases. This contract provides continued software subscription, maintenance, and support of TRAKiT which is currently being utilized by PBS, Department of Transportation, Tax Collector, Air Quality, Environmental Health, Assessor, etc
At the advisement of County Counsel, language within in the contract was revised and approved by the vendor. Historically, PBS has not been required to present this contract to the Board due to it being submitted to PBS via invoice since the inception of TRAKiT in 1999.

Do not approve agreement and provide direction to staff.
