Summary of Request:
On January 20, 2023, Agreement No. EO-23-29 was executed between the County of Mendocino and CivicPlus, LLC., for an initial 3-year Full-Service Supplementation Subscription, budgeted for up to $24,000, with annual automatic-renewals thereafter. In late 2024, the Department was informed that funds available for the annual subscription renewal were not sufficient to cover another year of services. It was determined that additional charges for Municode pages, Municode electronic media options, and annual online code hosting had been paid for using funds originally budgeted for the annual Full-Service Supplementation Subscription under Agreement No. EO-23-29, depleting available funds prematurely.
The proposed first Amendment to Agreement No. EO-23-29, adds an Attachment A, as a Statement of Work specific to Municode pages, Municode electronic media options, and annual online code hosting, and an Attachment B, as a Statement of Work specific to year-3 of the Full-Services Supplementation Subscription, extending from January 19, 2025 through January 30, 2026, with automatic renewals thereafter. Once fully executed, the proposed Amendment is effective for the full term of the Agreement, from January 20, 2023 through January 30, 2026.
