Summary of Request:

This amendment increases the funding for the project by $55,190.30 to a total of $97,611.30 and extends the ending date to December 31, 2027. Noxious invasive species such as gorse use water, restrict the growth of native vegetation, their roots alter the soil, they are an oily plant that causes a fire hazard and they reduce recreation. The item is retroactive because the amendment was created by the State during the original agreement term.
