On June 20, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget, Resolution No. 17-076 and Master Position Allocation Table for FY 2017-2018 Budget, Resolution No. 17-081.
Summary of Request:
The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.
As part of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 - 18 budget process, the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) requested the transfer of six (6) full-time equivalent (FTE) positions from Budget Unit 4050 to Budget Unit 5010 as follows: Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, two (2) FTE; Mental Health Clinician II, four (4) FTE to accurately reflect the funding source for these positions. The transfer of these six (6) FTE positions was inadvertently left out of the June 20, 2017 adoption of the FY 2017-18 Master Position Allocation Table. This item corrects this omission and adjusts the Position Allocation Table accordingly.
