Summary of Request:
On July 31, 2024, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2024-2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity. Mendocino County Department of Social Services serves as the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care Collaborative Applicant and is responsible for submitting a CoC Program Collaborative Application for each federal competition. Included in each CoC Collaborative Application is a CoC Planning Grant, which is non-competitive funding allocated to the CoC Collaborative Applicant. This request is to approve the FY2025 Grant Agreement.
