The Board approved previous Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) for Fiscal Years 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015, and the parties have continued to provide services pursuant to that most recent MOU.
Summary of Request:
The proposed Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) provides for payment by the County for janitorial services provided in the common areas of the Ukiah Courthouse and Fort Bragg Justice Center. The MOU further provides for information technology services to be provided by both parties at the Ukiah Courthouse and Fort Bragg Justice Center. The MOU also include provisions related to County and Court revenue and funds.
