Summary of Request:
Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc., provides specialty mental health medication support services to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, in Fort Bragg, and via telehealth. Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc. has been providing specialty mental health medication support services for beneficiaries for several years. Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) include: Medication Support Services, Assessment, Plan Development, Collateral, Rehabilitation, and Targeted Case Management. Specialty mental health services are provided to residents of Mendocino County who meet medical necessity and access criteria and have Medi-Cal or are indigent.
On July 11, 2023, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors approved Agreement No. BOS-23-123 with Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc., in the amount of $2,000,000 to provide specialty mental health medication support services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The proposed Amendment to Agreement No. BOS-23-123 increases the total amount to $2,300,000, due to the increase in demand for mental health and medication support services to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, in Fort Bragg, and via telehealth. The increased funds will allow Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc., to continue providing specialty mental health medication support services to beneficiaries throughout the remainder of the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
