Summary of Request:
Strategists, Inc. has provided DiSC personality assessments, reporting, and leadership training to Mendocino County staff since 2017 in support of the County’s Leadership Initiative. Through this partnership, the vendor has developed extensive knowledge of the County’s workforce and organizational culture, allowing for tailored services. Continuing with Strategists, Inc. through the proposed $60,000 Agreement for services through June 30, 2029, ensures consistency and is cost-effective given the vendor’s specialized expertise and familiarity with the County.
