Approve fourth Amendment to BOS Agreement No. BOS-21-224, with Granicus, Inc., in the amount of $62,890.36, for a new Agreement total of $250,455.16, to update the budget for services under the Master Subscription Agreement for the period of December 24, 2024, through December 23, 2025, and to officially extend the end date from December 23, 2024, to December 23, 2025, effective December 24, 2021, through December 23, 2025 (original end date: December 23, 2024); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
In May 2014, the Executive Office entered into an Agreement with Granicus for cloud-based government transparency solutions related to Boards and Commissions management. From 2014 to 2024 the County has been amending the Agreement to include additional programs to the Granicus platform. Currently the Agreement with Granicus includes: eComments, Legistar, Meeting Efficiency Suite, Upgrade to SDI 720p Streaming, Granicus Encoding Appliance Software, Government Transparency Suite, Boards and Commissions, Send Agenda program, GovMeetings Live Cast, Open Platform Suite, Granicus Live Cast Encoding Software, GovMeetings Live Cast Setup and Config, Encoding Appliance HDW - Granicus Live Cast Encoder, Granicus Video - Online Training, Granicus Live Cast Encoder Setup and Configuration, US Shipping Charge C - Large Item, and Open Platform - Setup and Configuration.
The proposed fourth Amendment to Agreement No. BOS-21-224 updates the budget for services under the Master Subscription Agreement for the period of December 24, 2024 through December 23, 2025, and officially extends the end date from December 23, 2024 to December 23, 2025. Through this fourth Amendment, the overall total for services under Agreement No. BOS-21-224 will increase by $62,890.36, for a new Agreement total of $250,455.16.
