Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

On June 24, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Master Position Allocation Table for the FY 2025-2026 Budget, Resolution Number 25-111.                     

 

Summary of Request

The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

 

On behalf of the Executive Office Health Benefits Division, Human Resources requests the addition of 1.0 FTE Senior Administrative Analyst and the deletion of 1.0 FTE, Principal Administrative Analyst position number 4399 from budget unit 0715. Position number 4399, Principal Administrative Analyst, was recently vacated through the Voluntary Separation Incentive Program, and the Health Benefits Division will no longer fill this classification. The request of 1.0 FTE for Senior Administrative Analyst is to alleviate a currently dual-filled Senior Administrative Analyst position (PN 4737).

 

The impact below for this fiscal year is calculated at step 5 and includes the cost of benefits. The recurring cost shown below is calculated at step 5, including the cost of benefits.
