Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
During the September 26, 2023, regular board meeting, the Board directed the Code Enforcement Division to conduct Directed Enforcement on all identified illegal cannabis cultivation sites including investigations and possible enforcement action on illegal cannabis cultivation violations and associated non-permitted infrastructure located within the proposed Rock Tree Valley CP Combining District. These sites were specifically to be identified within the proposed district of twenty-four (24) parcels provided during the public hearing for the Rock Tree Valley Cannabis Prohibition CP Combining District.
