Summary of Request:
Keffeler Pharmacy, Inc., dba Myers Medical Pharmacy (Myers) is a local pharmacy in Mendocino County that supplies Narcan (Naloxone) Nasal Spray to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) program. On May 25, 2023, the BHRS Director approved Agreement No. MH-22-056 with Myers to supply Narcan for a total of $22,064. On February 7, 2024, the Mendocino County Purchasing Agent (PA) approved First Amendment No. PA-24-49, MH-22-056-A1 to increase the total amount to $36,925, and on April 3, 2024, the PA approved Second Amendment No. PA-24-49-A1, MH-22-056-A2 to increase the total amount to $49,000.
The proposed Third Amendment to Agreement No. MH-22-056 increases the total amount by $9,800 for a new total of $58,800, to fill additional orders for Narcan (Naloxone) Nasal Spray to supply to BHRS SUDT. Once the proposed Third Amendment is executed, it will be effective for the full term of the Agreement, from May 25, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
