None directly related to this request. On October 4, 2022, the Board increased the salary associated with the currently vacant Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights & Measures position.
Summary of Request:
Mendocino County’s Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights & Measures (Ag Commissioner) position is currently vacant. The County is in need of professional support and licensed services, on an interim basis. Sonoma County’s Ag Commissioner is willing and able to assist with these responsibilities through for a period of up to six months. As a specifically delineated task in the MOU, Sonoma County’s Ag Commissioner will also support the County of Mendocino in an open recruitment process for a permanent Ag Commissioner.
