Summary of Request:
This Memorandum of Understanding is to outline the roles and responsibilities of Redwood Community Services and Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, and coordinate the resources and efforts to provide permanent affordable housing to the No Place Like home target populations utilizing the supportive housing model. Supportive services are made available to No Place Like Home eligible residents who may benefit from such services, to help them maintain stable housing and/or achieve improvements in health, wellness, recovery, employment, income, socialization, and quality of life. The term of the Memorandum of Understanding shall continue through the term of the No Place Like Home permanent loans, which are anticipated at twenty (20) year terms, unless the Memorandum of Understanding is terminated earlier or extended.
