On 4/7/26, the Board approved a retroactive revenue agreement that will be used in part to pay for the expense of this lease.                     

 

Summary of Request

The County’s first agreement for use of space at 145 Wabash (Ukiah) was approved July 15, 1997; the current lease will expire July 14, 2026.  The continued use of this facility remains necessary to support ongoing investigative operational activities within the Sheriff’s Office to fulfill regulatory responsibilities.
