Approve retroactive Agreement with Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc., in the amount of $3,600,000, to provide care coordination and data management of the delivery of Specialty Mental Health Services in Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On June 21, 2022, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement 22-162 with Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management. On July 11, 2023, direction was given to staff to incorporate edits and return with the attached Agreement on the July 25, 2023 Consent Calendar.
Summary of Request:
Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc. has been providing Administrative Services, Utilization Review Services, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, Inpatient Hospitalization Fees, Physician Fees, and Youth Placement Fees for specialty mental health services on behalf of Mendocino County, as delineated in the Mental Health Plan (MHP) controlled by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), and Mental Health Services Act Programs, since July 1, 2016.
Over the next fiscal year, Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management will be providing care coordination and data management for the delivery of Specialty Mental Health Services. Contractor will work with Mendocino County Hospitality Center, Mendocino County Youth Project, and Tapestry related to Care Coordination and Data Management. Contract will work with Redwood Community Services and Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Medication Support Services related to electronic health record and data management.
Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management will also work with Behavioral Health and Recovery Services on transitioning service functions back to the County.
