Adopt Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $18,847.73 from the William J. and Melvina K. Toney Revocable Trust to the Historical Society of Mendocino County to cover capital expenses related to the Society’s property; and authorize Chair to sign same.

March 18, 2015, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 15-132 providing the terms for disbursement of Toney Endowment Principal.
• On October 18, 2016, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $200,000 to retire debt incurred for the capital project and construction of an archival building.
