Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
By Resolution No. 16-096, (August 2, 2016) the Board of Supervisors authorized DOT to advertise for bids and award DOT Contract No. 150114, for construction of the Mendocino Village Americans with Disabilities Act Access and Sidewalk Segment on Kasten Street.
Summary of Request:
Construction has been completed. DOT would like to file the Notice of Completion to commence the applicable lien periods, and pending no claims, release Contract Sureties after expiration of lien periods. Contract surety must be released as prescribed by existing laws.
