On September 20, 2022, the Board approved the 2021 Housing Element Annual Progress Report (APR).
Summary of Request:
Each jurisdiction is required to create annual reports on the status and progress in implementing the General Plan and on the Housing Element more specifically. The reports must be submitted to HCD and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) annually. The Housing Element APR forms and tables must be reviewed and submitted pursuant to Government Code section 65400 in order to remain compliant with State regulations. As a 2021 General Plan APR was not prepared until the end of 2022, it was folded into the following year’s report.
