Ratify the Approval Form appointing the Mendocino County Tourism Commission and Mikon Productions as the Official Representative of the County at the 2023 California State Fair, California Counties Exhibit; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On May 17, 2022 the Board approved Agreement 22-114 with the Mendocino County Tourism Commission for the Services, Activities and Programs of the Mendocino County Lodging Business Improvement District (BID).
Summary of Request:
The Mendocino County Tourism Commission and Mikon Productions (builder of exhibit) request ratification of approval to act as the Official Representative of the County of Mendocino at the 2023 California State Fair for the California Counties Exhibit. The Mendocino County Tourism Commission and Mikon Productions would be responsible for the County’s exhibit and to make decisions, requests and any protests on behalf of the County during the State Fair. The California State Fair and Food Festival will be held July 14 - 30, 2023 in Sacramento.
