Approve Agreement with Segal Telepsychiatry Network in the amount of $210,000 to provide telepsychiatry services, medication evaluations and follow ups to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services clients in fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual amount; and authorize Chair sign same.

Summary of Request:
HHSA BHRS are mandated to provide Specialty Mental Health clients with psychiatric assessments for treatment and medication management services. Segal Telepsychiatry Network provides telepsychiatric video services. Due to the high estimated need for the service the County was unable to contract with sufficient providers in our area. Segal Telepsychiatry Network started providing a telehealth video service to Mendocino County BHRS clients in fiscal year 2016. Contractor will continue services for FY 2017-2018.
