Summary of Request:
The Mendocino County Public Administrator’s (PA) Office was advised by County Counsel to seek outside counsel for matters pertaining to estates administered by the PA. These are specialized services which require an attorney with expertise in this field. The proposed Agreement with Demartini, Walker, and Ghaedi, L.L.P. in the amount of $25,000, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 was drafted to enable the PA to utilize this firm throughout the fiscal year for matters which require their counsel.
