Summary of Request:
Anchor Health Management, Inc., (AHM) previously known as “Redwood Quality Management Company DBA Anchor Health Management, Inc.”, provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, Fort Bragg, and via telehealth. AHM has been providing SMHS Medication Management/Support Services for qualified beneficiaries in Mendocino County for several years under the name “Redwood Quality Management Company” (RQMC). On July 11, 2023, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors executed Agreement No. BOS-23-123 with RQMC DBA AHM for SMHS Medication Management/Support Services, specific to Fiscal Year 2023/24, from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, including Assessment, Plan Development, Collateral, Rehabilitation, and Targeted Case Management.
Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) is currently processing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for SMHS. In order to make sure SMHS Medication Management/Support Services are provided continuously while the RFP processes, BHRS has created the proposed Agreement with AHM to continue services under their new name, from July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024, for an additional $540,642. This contract is retroactive for 8 days, and no invoices shall be authorized pending approval of amendment for services from July 1 2024 to September 30, 2024.
