Adopt Ordinance amending section 10A.17.090 of the Mendocino County Code to allow for a stay in denial of Cannabis Cultivation Permit applications during a one-year non-cultivation period; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Pursuant to Board direction provided on May 22, 2018, staff presented an amendment that allowed for applicants to file a Notice of Application Stay for the purpose of preventing the denial of an application for a Phase One permit based on inactivity by the applicant for up to a one-year period.
