Summary of Request:
The Mendocino County Public Administrator’s (PA) Office was advised by County Counsel to seek outside counsel for matters pertaining to estates administered by the PA. These are specialized services which require an attorney with expertise in this field. The dollar amount budgeted, and term of the contract were established so that PA can utilize this firm throughout the fiscal year for additional matters which require their counsel.
