On April 22, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement 25-029.
Summary of Request:
County Counsel actively utilizes LexisNexis on a daily basis for mandatory legal research. It is critical that our attorneys have updated legal research available at all times. County Counsel has modified its plan removing content no longer being utilized and adding content that would be beneficial for mandatory legal research.

Do not approve and provide direction to staff.
