Policy #35 Information Technology Replacement was adopted May 23, 2000
Summary of Request:
Policy #33 Reserve for Major Repair and Maintenance of Facilities was last amended July 17, 2007 and does not sufficiently address funding mechanisms for the maintenance of facilities, and places unnecessary burden on department staff for the per sq. ft. calculations necessary to identify funding targets.
Policy #35 Information Technology Replacement was last amended May 23, 2000. The goals and function of the policy have been replaced by both the Information Technology Service Fund and the amended Policy #32.
Policy #32 Reserve and Fund Balance was amended and adopted March 24, 2026. With this updated Policy and the creation of an Infrastructure and System Reserve, both Policy #33 and #35 are being recommended for rescindment.
