Summary of Request:
On July 1, 2023, the Mendocino County Executive Office entered into Agreement No. PA-23-112 with Granicus, LLC. for a two-year subscription (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025) for GovAccess for traditional VisionLive, including maintenance, hosting and licensing. Mendocino County currently uses this program for the main website and the library sub-website.
The proposed first Amendment to Agreement No. PA-23-112 adds an Order Form to continue the subscription for an additional year (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026), with an additional cost of $19,584.49, for a new total of $53,722.59.
