Summary of Request:
The Economic Development and Financing Corporation (EDFC) has provided loan servicing for the Agwood loan since at least 2014 at the cost of $900 a year. No other vendor is currently being considered because the expense to change vendors would cost the county more than maintaining the existing contract. This Agreement covers the loan servicing through the loan payoff of the Agwood loan in September 2030.
This Agreement is being presented to the Board for approval pursuant to Policy 1, as the Agreement term exceeds three years.
