Adopt Resolution authorizing the Director of Transportation and the Director of Planning and Building Services to execute retroactive Subrecipient Agreement Number 220032, and any amendments thereto, with the Mendocino Council of Governments on behalf of Mendocino County, for the five-year term of the Agreement Beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027 (County Wide); and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
By Resolution Number (No.) 17-142 (October 3, 2017), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized the Director of Transportation to execute Subrecipient Agreement, Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 170087, and/or any amendments thereto on behalf of Mendocino County with the Mendocino Council of Governments (MCOG) for the five-year term of the agreement beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022. By Resolution No. 18-170 (November 13, 2018), the BOS authorized the Director of Transportation to execute all annual exhibits for Agreement No. 170087 through June 20, 2022.
