Adopt Resolution approving the Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision Number 2020-0002 (Feliz Creek Business Park LLC) and accepting on behalf of the public Item (A) of the Owner’s Statement for the purposes specified thereon, located at 365 Feliz Creek Road; Assessor’s Parcel Number 048-341-26 (Hopland Area); direct the Clerk of the Board to deliver the Parcel Map to the Recorder for processing and recording; and authorize Chair to sign same.

The Tentative Map for Minor Subdivision Number (No.) 2020-0002 was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on March 4, 2021.                       

 

Summary of Request

Minor Subdivision No. 2020-0002 (Feliz Creek Business Park LLC) is located west of the Hopland town center, approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of Feliz Creek Road, County Road (CR) 109 (parcel lays to the south) and Mountain House Road (CR 111) (parcel lays to the west), at 365 Feliz Creek Road, Assessor’s Parcel No. (APN) 048-341-26. This Minor Subdivision consists of a division of land to subdivide a 54 +/- acre lot into four parcels with a remainder. Parcel One (1) 4.78 acres, Parcel Two (2) 3.12 acres, Parcel Three (3) 2.85 acres, Parcel Four (4) 3.26 acres, and Remainder of 40 +/- acres. Parcel A is designed to maintain a 30’ half-width Right of Way for public road purposes measured from the existing center of road as shown as Item (A) in the Owner’s Statement on the Parcel Map.  The Right of Way for public road purposes is to be accepted at this time.  All conditions of approval are completed, and the Parcel Map is ready for recording.
