Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

On December 16, 2025 the Board adopted Resolution No. 25-203 declaring this real property to be exempt surplus land.

Summary of Request

The County owns approximately 0.55 acres of land upon which the South Coast Fire Protection District has operated its Anchor Bay Firehouse.  Known as Station 752, this building of approximately 1,486 square feet has been used for over 40 years.  To reduce the physical footprint of real estate owned, the Board of Supervisors has identified this property as excess to County operational needs and declared it to be exempt surplus based on the SCFPD’s desires to own this property for their continued use.
