Approve the Certification of the Election results for the Lodging Business Improvement District (LBID) Board of Directors to the Mendocino County Tourism Commission (MCTC) appointing Janet Rodriguez to the large inland operator seat and Joann Bradley to the medium operator seat.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
On July 7, 2015, the Board of Supervisors approved the election process for the LBID Board of Directors. The election process is conducted annually with the last Board approval of certification of election results taking place on January 24, 2017.
Summary of Request:
Per Ordinance No. 4384, Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.140 of Title 5 of the Mendocino County Code pertaining to the Mendocino County Lodging Business Improvement District, and pursuant to procedures approved by the Board of Supervisors, the final certification for the newly elected members to the Mendocino County Tourism Commission are as follows:
• Janet Rodriguez - Large Inland Operator (Term expires December 31, 2020)
• Joann Bradley - Medium Lodging Operator (Term expires December 31, 2020)
