Summary of Request:
As a result of RFP 015-26 Onsite Document Shredding Services, Integrity Shred, LLC was identified as the successful vendor. Integrity Shred, LLC is an on-site paper shredding company located in Santa Rosa, California, providing secure on-site commercial and residential document destruction services since 2002. Integrity Shred is affiliated with the National Association for Information Destruction, and fully and professionally insured and bonded for secure disposal of paper or document shredding in compliance with all appropriate laws and legislation. Mendocino County has utilized Integrity Shred services since 2018 for shredding of confidential papers and other media (i.e. floppy disks, optical disks, etc.), and would continue services through the proposed agreement in the amount of $150,000 for fiscal years 2026 through 2029. The Purchasing Division recommends continuing services with Integrity Shred LLC for onsite secure document shredding services.
