Approve retroactive amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-053 between Mendocino County and Jeff Tyrrell Communications, LLC in the amount of $45,000 for an amended total amount of $60,000 for continued broadband services and extend the termination date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024; authorize the Planning and Building Services’ Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
Jeff Tyrrell Communications, LLC provided broadband services for Mendocino County in Fiscal Year 2021-22 and also supported the Community Foundation for Broadband Services in previous agreements. This amendment will continue the broadband services that have been provided in the previous years. It will also allow for future broadband services to be developed and expanded within Mendocino County.

Do not approve agreement amendment and provide direction to staff.
