Summary of Request

Mendocino County staff provided mutual aid to assist the Town of Paradise during the Camp Fire at the request of the Town of Paradise’s Administrative Services Director.  This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) will allow for the County of Mendocino to request reimbursement for reasonable costs from the Town of Paradise for work at the Emergency Operations Center during the first weeks of response under the Emergency Management Mutual Aid (EMMA) Plan.
