Board of Supervisors accepted DOT Director’s Report (July 18, 2017) updating the Board on construction of DOT Contract No. 160099. DOT Contract No. 160099 was awarded as a Department Head and Purchasing Agent contract.
Summary of Request:
Construction has been completed. DOT would like to file the Notice of Completion to commence the applicable lien periods, and pending no claims, release Contract Sureties after expiration of lien periods. Contract surety must be released as prescribed by existing laws.

Postpone approval of the Notice of Completion and release of Contract Sureties for DOT Contract No. 160099.
